Who should I address the letter to?
For the magic of The Adventure Post to work, we recommend addressing the envelope to the first and last name of the child you are giving the letters to. Simply enter their name and their family home address at the delivery step.
If you’d like to hand it to them yourself, just let the parents know so they can collect the letter and give it to you — or discover it together, why not by fetching the letter from the letterbox (staged or not, it’s up to you 😉).
Which destinations will I receive?
🌍 A new destination every month! Lucian travels all over the world, visiting exotic places as well as destinations closer to home.
And don’t worry: you will never receive the same letter twice. Every exploration stays new, even if you extend or restart your subscription later!
When are the letters sent?
📩 Your first letter is sent at the beginning of the following month (between the 1st and the 15th).
Then a new letter is sent every month until the end of your subscription.
Do we deliver internationally?
Yes, we deliver worldwide, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and across Europe. You can see the full list of countries when selecting your country at checkout.
How does cancelling the subscription work?
Cancel anytime from your customer account, in just a few clicks. You will still receive all the letters planned until the end of your initial commitment (3, 6 or 12 months).
