ILLUSTRATED BY HAND

Behind every letter, there are hands! Each letter is meticulously drawn, then painted by hand before being scanned, printed on lovely high-quality textured paper and slipped into an envelope with old-fashioned charm. This choice reflects our wish to support French craftsmanship and real artistic skill. We want to give children much more than a piece of post: a little treasure to keep, to touch and to look at, away from screens. A letter that sparks their curiosity, nurtures their artistic side and reminds them of the simple joy of waiting… and then opening post that's just for them.

We work with Manon, a French illustrator with a passion for travel, who lends her pen to Lucian's illustrations. Her style blends spontaneous sketches, light watercolours and little handwritten notes, just like a real explorer's travel notebook. We think through every detail so that children feel as if Lucian himself drew, painted and posted his letter from the other side of the world. And the little extra? Manon is currently travelling around the globe… a wonderful way to bring a real breath of faraway places into every letter!

DESTINATIONS FULL OF SURPRISES

Every month, Lucian travels to a new country! We make sure to offer a true journey around the world, varying the destinations every month. Lucian visits great capital cities as well as the most secret corners of the planet! And the next destination? Always a surprise, just like real correspondence… that's the magic of our letters!

We prepare every adventure with care, so that it's accurate, enriching and full of magic. Our mission: to spark their curiosity, feed their imagination… and make them want to explore further and further.

A TEAM OF ADVENTURERS ON A MISSION

We're a small team of four, and we take care of every step: design, writing, illustration, production and posting. Working with talented partners, we all share the same high standards: creating quality letters, made with heart and built to last.

In a children's publishing world dominated by big players, we stand for a different approach: that of a small, agile, passionate and deeply human publishing house. With The Adventure Post, we offer a brand-new format, somewhere between a book, a magazine and a letter from a pen pal. A more personal, more artistic and above all more authentic experience for children.
